Which application type should I choose?
Conventional Application – Select this application type if you're applying without a housing subsidy.
Subsidized Application - Select this application type if you're applying with a housing subsidy.

Our screening process reviews for evictions, rental collections, bankruptcies, foreclosures, criminal backgrounds. We require a minimum of 2 times the unit rent in gross income per month.
